Application

Document collection
Day 1–2You provide personal details and source documents. A dedicated manager checks the file and confirms the next steps.
Document package preparation
Day 3–9We prepare the employer-side package: contract, invitation, insurance where required and supporting documents. You receive scans for review within 5–7 business days.
Scan review and final payment
Day 9–10No prepayment is required. You pay only after the completed document scans are ready and provided for your review.
DHL delivery and appointment support
Day 10–14After payment, we send the original documents by DHL and support the embassy or consulate appointment stage.
Visa decision and departure
Day 14+You attend the appointment with the prepared document package, receive the authority’s decision and travel to Europe if the visa is approved.
