Days 1–3After the route and service terms are confirmed, we set up the applicant file and start coordinating the required employer-side documents.
Document package preparation
Days 5–9We prepare the employer-side package: contract, invitation, insurance where required and supporting documents. You receive scans for review within 5–9 days.
Scan review
Days 5–10You review the completed document scans with your manager. Corrections, if needed, are handled before originals are sent.
DHL delivery and appointment support
Days 8–14We send the original documents by DHL, support the embassy or consulate appointment stage and stay in touch until the visa decision.
