Process
The standard timeline from first contact to visa decision is usually 2–4 weeks. Preparing the document package usually takes 5–7 business days. Embassy appointment availability depends on your country of residence.
You need a valid passport, a passport-style photo on a white background, a medical certificate and a police clearance certificate. We prepare the employment contract, invitation, insurance and supporting documents.
The service includes document preparation, employer-side documents, invitation, insurance confirmation where required, completed scan review, DHL delivery of originals and support with the embassy or consulate appointment stage.

Working in Europe
Conditions depend on the country and employer. Positions are based on an official contract, with salary, working hours, housing terms and insurance specified before you approve the document package.

Family reunification may be possible after legal employment and stable income are established. Requirements differ by country and must be checked individually.
