Yes. Europe Expert is legally registered in Zurich, Switzerland. We work transparently: office address, phone number and registration details are published on the website.
You can verify the company through the Swiss commercial register using the registration number. Our office address is Hagenholzstrasse 81/81A, 8050 Zurich, Switzerland.

We do not require prepayment. Payment is made only after the completed document scans are ready and provided for your review. After payment, we send the originals by DHL and support the embassy or consulate appointment stage.
If we cannot prepare the agreed document package, you do not pay the service fee. The scope of work, timeline and document handover process are confirmed before work starts.
Process
The standard timeline from first contact to visa decision is usually 2–4 weeks. Preparing the document package usually takes 5–7 business days. Embassy appointment availability depends on your country of residence.
You need a valid passport, a passport-style photo on a white background, a medical certificate and a police clearance certificate. We prepare the employment contract, invitation, insurance and supporting documents.
The service includes document preparation, employer-side documents, invitation, insurance confirmation where required, scan review before payment, DHL delivery of originals after payment and support with the embassy or consulate appointment stage.

You submit the prepared document package at the embassy or consulate. We send the originals by DHL and provide instructions before the appointment. Your manager stays in touch during the process.

Payment
The price depends on the destination country and your situation. Contact us for a free individual quote. The package includes document preparation, employer-side documents, DHL delivery and appointment support.
No prepayment is required. After the document package is ready, we send scans for review. If the scans are correct and you decide to continue, you pay the service fee. After payment, originals are sent by DHL and the appointment stage is supported.
Payment options may include bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram and selected crypto payments. Exact details are provided after the service terms are agreed.
If we cannot provide the agreed package, you do not pay. After the completed scans are provided, you approve the package and the service fee is paid, refunds are not available because the document preparation service has been completed.
No. We explain the service fee before work starts. Government or consular fees, medical checks and police certificates are paid separately by the applicant where required.
Working in Europe
Conditions depend on the country and employer. Positions are based on an official contract, with salary, working hours, housing terms and insurance specified before you approve the document package.
Most available routes include employer-provided housing or housing under employer terms. Exact conditions are confirmed for each destination before you approve the package.
Family reunification may be possible after legal employment and stable income are established. Requirements differ by country and must be checked individually.
The first permit is usually connected to a specific employer. Changing employer may be possible later depending on local rules and the type of permit.
Officially employed foreign workers are protected by local labour law, including salary terms, working-hour rules, insurance and workplace safety standards.
Yes, extension is often possible before the permit expires if the employer and applicant continue to meet the requirements.
